Chapter 1 - Part 2

As I mentioned last week, Chapter 1 focuses on the ability to establish and maintain genuine trust in relationships. Here are some examples of what that looks like in the workplace and beyond.

- Listens to others, as well as getting others to listen

- Uses an approachable communicative style to their advantage

- Builds and maintains trust with others

- Builds a team partnership environment
